Aircraft Update
We Finally have an aircraft in the hangar at Skydive Ireland and are slowly getting through the massive backlog of customers. We are calling and emailing everyone individually to get you rebooked in to a date that suits.
How Do I Rebook?
We will be in touch via email or phone to book you into a suitable date as soon possible.
Deposit
Our terms and conditions state, as per every Dropzone in the UK are that deposits are non-refundable when it comes to changes in aircraft availability (you can review them at www.skydiveireland.com/terms-and-conditions).
However, we can hold your deposit for as long as needed until you are ready to rebook. There will be no charges, rebooking fees or expiry dates for vouchers & gift cards.
We appreciate your flexibility and understanding.
I Can't Get Hold of Anyone via Email or Phone
With the current high volume of emails and calls, it is very difficult to get to you all at once. Please bear with us, and we will be in touch as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
